OCII is a state-authorized local entity serving as the successor to the former San Francisco Redevelopment Agency. OCII is responsible for development in Mission Bay, Transbay, and the Hunters Point Shipyard/Candlestick Point neighborhoods.

SBE and Local Hiring Report

During FY 24-25, five projects under OCII’s jurisdiction were awarded various contracts totaling $36 million. This marks a completion of phases in FY 2024–25, during which OCII oversaw $234.1 million in active construction contracting activity.
